The principle of operation of the installation
The principle of operation of the installation is based on the electrochemical method of obtaining a solution of sodium hypochlorite by placing electrolysis cells in a solution of sodium chloride and passing a direct current through them (operating voltage of 12 V cells is safe for humans).
Under the influence of direct electric current, the electrolysis cell synthesizes sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) from water and sodium chloride (Н2О + NaCl). The cell consists of 5 titanium electrodes coated with ruthenium oxide.
The installation works in automatic mode with visual information: salt concentration, serviceability of cells, operating time. It shuts off automatically at the end of the work cycle. The power and control unit monitors the technical condition of the installation and the personnel's compliance with the technology for preparing sodium hypochlorite; there is no need for constant monitoring of the operation of the installation.
To reduce the deposits of hardness salts on electrolysis cells, it recommended to use high-quality evaporated salt without impurities with a sodium chloride content of NaCl of at least 99.5% and / or distilled water.
The installation can operated in any premises with an electric network, natural or forced ventilation. Operation of the installation does not require special training and education of personnel.
